Hey, thanks for stopping by my website! My name is Harrison, and I am a master's student at the University of Michigan studying UX Design and UX Research. Before this, I was a UX / CX-focused Jr. Consultant in New York City delivering UX solutions to leading Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, I am a Product Design Intern at Epsilon. Here I spearheaded the team's first UXR quantitive analyses and designed + concept tested some of the company's first mockups for AI features.
From January through May, I conducted mixed-methods UX Research and delivered actionable product recommendations to Newslaundry, a media juggernaut based in India, to make their mobile app as accessible as possible. My team's recommendations resulted in real-world product iterations across Newslaundry's product suite impacting 600,000 + average monthly visitors.
Ultimately, my civic duty rooted in social justice guides my work and practice more than anything else. I am a big believer in finding ways to use my talents to help make the community around me more accessible, inclusive, and kinder.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with friends, reading a new book, or working on a photoshoot as a freelance photographer!
